Retainers are paid up front monthly. An invoice is issued around 23rd of each month. Payments should be made electronically (e.g. via BACS) within 7 days of receiving the invoice before the 1st of the following month.
Adhoc work is also required to be paid up front. An invoice will be issued before work begins.
I use a tracking tool to monitor how much time is used and on which task. You will receive a weekly report to keep you informed. I will also update you if you're getting close to running out of your retainer hours. We can then decide to add more hours or reduce tasks if needed.
Your hours include all the time spent on your tasks, as well as any communication we have with you or your team, via email, messenger or video calls.
