Terms and Conditions—

Grooming terms and conditions -

Please give at least 48 hours if you need to cancel or change an appointment. There will be a charge of 50% of the full groom cost for failure to give enough notice, or if I arrive and you are not in.

All appointment times given are approximate. If I am running more than 15 minutes early or late I shall call or text ahead. Please ensure you will be in for your appointment time.

A large flat parking space (two cars wide) will need to be available outside your home. Also a socket available to plug the van in, for the electrics to work throughout the grooming appointment. If no parking is available a fee will be charged at 50% of the full groom cost.

Payment is due in full on completion of grooming by cash or card.

Long haired dogs need to be regularly brushed at home. It should be possible to comb through the dog’s coat prior to the appointment. Additional charges may occur as it takes more time and skill to complete the groom, as a result of poor coat condition.

Matted coats will be clipped short, in accordance to the Animal Welfare Act. I will not accept liability for any conditions arising following the clipping of a matted dog. A matted clip of form will need to be signed before starting the groom.

You must inform me if your dog has ever bitten or displayed aggression. The Dangerous Dogs Act holds owners liable for bites and injuries caused by their dogs. If a dog tries to bite, a muzzle may be used to carry on the groom. I reserve the right to refuse to finish the groom. Intro sessions may be suggested to help your dog be groomed in the future.

All dogs should be free of parasites, fleas, ticks and worms. If these are found on your pet, you will be charged an additional £10 for extra treatment and sterilization of all equipment.

I do not do anal gland expression. Please seek treatment from your vet for this.

Please ensure you disclose all health concerns and update us when new health issues occur. We can not be held responsible if your dog develops an allergic reaction to any grooming products used.

No grooming on dogs in season, pregnant, or possibly pregnant.

Your dog may be photographed before, during and after their groom. Please state before the groom commences if you do NOT wish for your pet to be photographed.
